The Residence Inn Wilmington Landfall is located two miles west of Wrightsville Beach and eight miles west of downtown Wilmington.

Studios are large open rooms with either one king bed or one queen bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with sofa bed and work space. One bedroom suites have a separate bedroom with either one king bed or one queen bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area, sofa bed and work space. Two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms with one queen bed each, two full baths and furnished living room with dining area, sofa bed and work space. Some one and two bedroom suites also have a gas fireplace in the living area and all accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dining table and chairs, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker.
