Two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms with either one king bed and one queen bed or one king bed and two queen beds, two full baths and furnished living room with dining area and sofa sleeper. All accommodations feature Marriott's new bedding package and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker.

The new plantation style Residence Inn is located on thirteen wooded acres just off Interstate 40 and US Highway 15/501 with easy access to the University of North Carolina's Chapel Hill campus, the UNC medical center and Duke University in Durham. A Southern Season, Chapel Hill's landmark gourmet market, is 1.5 miles south of hotel. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee of USD 75.
