The Chalet Club is a unique blend of an all-inclusive, family oriented resort and small inn or B&B. Located at Lake Lure, North Carolina on the eastern slope of the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Chalet and seven surrounding guest cottages are nestled on the mountainside at an elevation of 1,500 feet and five hundred feet above the lake and valley floor. The guest rooms and cottages have modern amenities, antique or period furnishings, fireplaces and balconies with spectacular views of Hickory Nut Gorge and Chimney Rock. Hiking, tennis, swimming, fishing and boating are all onsite with a short drive to golf and horseback riding. Guests can also choose which meals they may wish to enjoy at the Chalet's dining room or terrace.

Since 1934, the Chalet has served as a haven for travelers from around the world. They have retreated here to escape life's pressures in our tranquil environment where no more than forty guests can totally relax or enjoy a wide array of recreational activities between our chef's delicious meals.
