Welcome to THE GREAT OUTDOORS RV RESORT! We currently have 66 overnight sites which will accommodate any size RV: Class A Motorhomes, 5th Wheels, and any size Camper. All sites have 30/50 amp, Town Sewer, Water and 57 Channel Cable TV, all interior roads are paved and we have EZ ACCESS! The Great Outdoors RV Resort also offers Class A Motorhome and Park Model Cabin deeded lots for sale. As a lot owner you will enjoy all of the amenities (pool, exercise room, laundry room, clubhouse, etc.) We have breathtaking mountain range views along with countryside surroundings. The overnight sites, Class A and Park Model Cabin lots are separate from each other.

Our Location: 5 miles North of Franklin (in Macon County), take 441/23 North, take a left onto Echo Valley Road and then take the next immediate right onto Thumpers Trail: You are at The Great Outdoors RV Resort. Asheville- 60 miles NE. Gatlinburg, TN- 60 miles N
